Crocodile Balance Beam
Our crocodile features three steps at two levels. When playing on the crocodile, children have to concentrate when moving from one step to the next. This trains both their balance and their eye-foot coordination. The latter is particularly important for the development of children’s fine motor skills. It may seem illogical, but in fact, children must develop eye-foot coordination before they start developing eye-hand coordination, which they use when holding tools or learning to write.
At the playground, the crocodile can serve two purposes. It is a fun item of balance equipment that can stand on its own or be part of a larger obstacle course.
